Chocolate Chip Brownies
1 stick of butter (1/2 cup)2 cups of chocolate chips (your preference)
3 eggs
1¼ cup all purpose flour
1 cup of granulated sugar
¼ tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 375℉
- In a heavy bottomed sauce pot heat 1 cup of the chocolate chips with the stick of butter. Stir them together until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove pot from heat
- Beat the eggs in a bowl and slowly add to warm chocolate mixture while constantly stirring until incorporated
- Add the flour, sugar, baking soda and vanilla to chocolate mixture
- Mix until fully incorporated
- Stir in chocolate chips
- Pour batter into a greased 13×9in pan and bake for 18-22 minutes at 375℉
- Remove from oven and let cool in pan
- Enjoy!
